On 9th July we joined our project partners to co-host our first industry roundtable event in the library of the Royal Society of Chemistry at Burlington House, London. Attendees from a wide range of businesses generously gave their time to share honest experiences of collaborating with academic researchers, helping us to build on the findings from our 2025 industry survey in conjunction with CBI Economics to inform our policy recommendations and future initiatives. If you work within a non-academic organisation of any type or size, and have experience of collaborating with academic researchers, you can now register your interest in attending our next industry roundtable event, which will take place between 1pm and 2:30pm on 16th September. Please note that to encourage focused conversations, this event is not suitable for those currently working within universities or other academic organisations.
