Super quick mac ‘n’ cheese (serves 4)
This cheesy pasta dish serves up one of your five fruit and veggies a day.
Method
Pop the pasta in a microwaveable bowl and fully cover with water.
Cook the pasta for 2 minutes longer than the packet says, then drain and put back in the bowl with the tinned peas.
Mix 1 tbsp cornflour with the milk, stir in the mustard and most of the cheese. (Leave a little for sprinkling on the top).
Pour the sauce over the pasta and microwave for 7 minutes. Stir half way through. If you want a looser sauce, add a splash more milk. Microwave for 1 minute and serve.
