Stay Well

Help us help you stay well this winter

While we tend to spend more time indoors and at home in winter, living in a cold home can cause or worsen physical illness and mental wellbeing. Infants and children, older people, and those living with pre-existing health problems or cognitive impairments are our most vulnerable groups.

If you or someone you know are at risk of being affected by fuel poverty, visit Stay Well this Winter 2024 / 2025 to find information about services and grants to help reduce the energy bills and keep your home warm.  Also visit Support with the cost of living | Cambridgeshire County Council to find resources and help available.

International Migrants Day 18th December

To find out more about local support for new arrivals, please visit our Libraries of Sanctuary Information Page: Libraries of Sanctuary - Cambridgeshire County Council

We’re also celebrating International Migrants Day with a Multilingual Storytime: join us at Cambridge Central Library on Saturday 14 December (11.15am-12noon) for stories and rhymes in a range of languages from around the world!
