to try out some of their most popular equipment. Explore the Library Services’

CamSight Peer Group Support Pop-up. Drop in
and chat to a CamSight representative to find out more about their monthly Peer
Support Groups which provide an opportunity to meet with others who live with
life-changing sight loss. Plus find out about library resources for people with
vision impairment. No need to book.
Tuesday 10th June 11am-1pm Cambridge Central Library
Join us for an information
drop-in and learn about resources for library users of all ages with vision
impairment, low vision or blindness. Library staff will be alongside a
representative from CamSight, a Cambridgeshire charity supporting
local people with low vision and blindness to live the lives they choose. Free,
no need to book.
Friday 13th June 10am– 12 noon Huntingdon Library
Huntingdon Library, in partnership with Huntingdonshire Society
for the Blind, is holding its annual showcase event bringing together the
leading organisations who offer support for those living with sight loss. There
will be gadgets to try, advice to be given and the Society’s coffee morning
taking place during the event. Pop in for advice and join us for tea, coffee
and cake.
The event is free, refreshments are being sold by Huntingdonshire
Society for the Blind.
