Co-producing risk management plans for autistic people and people with a learning disability in the community - Monday, 14 July 2025 2.00pm – 3.30pm

Partners in Care and Health often hear that people with a learning disability and autistic people experience significant levels of risk. Sometimes this results in high levels of restrictive care being in place, with different organisations each creating their own risk assessment.

This online Zoom event will focus on the importance of working in partnership with people who have lived experience to discuss ways they can be supported to manage risks in their lives.

Who should attend? Council and NHS staff who work with autistic people and people with a learning disability, especially practitioners involved in developing risk management plans, such as social workers, AMHPs, commissioners and case managers.
