New Personalised Care Roles Survey
NASP is working in partnership with The Coalition for Personalised Care, Personalised Care Institute and the Association of Health and Wellbeing Coaches to undertake a national review of personalised care roles. We are collectively inviting people across the personalised care workforce, as well as commissioners and employers, to contribute by completing the survey most relevant to their role.
For link workers: Social Prescribing Link Workers: Supporting More People To Move
Building on the insights shared in our 2026 National Link Worker Survey, we want to further understand what link workers need, and what the wider system must do, to make movement through social prescribing work effectively. Your responses will directly inform 'Movement on Prescription', NASP’s national programme with Sport England which aims to strengthen physical activity pathways from healthcare to community. The survey takes approximately five minutes and you can complete it here: Movement on Prescription: Your Thoughts
For Green Social Prescribing practitioners and researchers: Help shape future learning & collaboration in nature-based health
NASP and the APRIN (Academic and Practitioner International Research in Nature) Network are running a short survey to inform learning events around evaluating and evidencing nature-based health interventions, and potential matchmaking of nature-based practitioners looking for evaluation support with researchers looking for projects to work with.
Your input will help identify common themes and shape an initial webinar designed to connect academics and practitioners around shared research ideas and opportunities.
The survey includes two optional themes:
• research & evaluation (for practitioners)
• practice in nature-based interventions (for researchers)
